We consider the following client requirements:

• Ensuring effective space allocation and functionality.
• Maximizing natural light and ventilation.
• Implementing contemporary design and modern materials.
• Creating dedicated spaces for relaxation and recreation.
• Organizing and providing adequate parking and an accessible environment.

A notable example is the transformation of a building at Paisii Hilendarski University of Applied Sciences into a centre for innovative technologies. This project began with a thorough analysis and assessment of the existing building’s structural and construction condition, fire safety, energy efficiency, and other functional aspects needing improvement.

Following this assessment, we developed a functional conceptual design for outfitting and furnishing the existing premises. This included architectural layouts and technological plans for the installation of future services, coordinated with the relevant departments.

The final product was a detailed technical design that complied with all regulations for university buildings used for student teaching.
