Our office boasts extensive experience in designing architectural urban projects.
In 2013, following a public tender, the Municipality of Plovdiv awarded us the task of developing a master plan to establish specific rules and regulations for the Central City, Kapana, and the main square in Plovdiv.
The project received approval for the regulatory aspects of the plan in 2022, with final approval anticipated from the Plovdiv City Council.
Creating Detailed Development Plans (DDPs) for neighborhoods and Working Development Plans (WDPs) is a complex process that involves various specialists, including surveyors, road engineers, plumbing engineers, and power grid engineers. Our team includes experts with extensive experience in urban design.
